Checking Room Availability Dates

This topic explains you about how to check the available dates for the accommodation type you want to book through the e-Accommodation service of our TTD e-SERVICES portal.  

 

Before you book the ticket for an accommodation type, you have to check for the availability dates for the accommodation type in the e-Accommodation Availability Chart window.

 

Important: Without registering yourself with our TTD e-SERVICES portal, you are allowed to check the availability of the rooms for the days you want to accommodate.

To open the e-Accommodation Availability Chart window, click present in the bottom-left of the TTD e-SERVICES Home screen.

 

Tip: To open the e-Accommodation Availability Chart window, you can also click   present in the top-right of the of the Accommodation Booking first screen.

To check the room availability dates

Note: By default, the e-Accommodation Availability Chart window appears with the current month's quota calendar for the first room category.

Important: The Accommodation Quota Calendar day boxes are highlighted in different colors representing the various quota statuses.

If an Accommodation Quota Calendar day box

it indicates that

is highlighted as ,

the accommodation is available for your booking on the date.

is highlighted as ,

the accommodation is already booked for the date.

is highlighted as ,

the accommodation quota is not released for the date.

remains ,

the accommodation is not performed on the date.

 

  1. In the Accommodation Availability Chart frame, select the accommodation type and month for which you want to book the seva from Accommodation Type and Month-Year drop-down list boxes respectively.

Note: Depending to the selected accommodation type and month combination, the Accommodation Quota Calendar displays the details.

  1. Once you have decided your accommodation booking date, click to close the e-Accommodation Availability Chart window.
